Cyberpunk 2077 Reflexes Perks Description
The Reflexes skill and perks handle coordination and dexterity. This can increase crit chance, evasiveness, and attack speed. Reflex perks are split into three categories, Blades, Rifles, and handguns.
Blades Perks

12 | Bloodlust | Recover 7% health when applying bleed to an enemy or hitting an enemy with bleeding | 2 |
