Some lucky fans have already got their hands on the World of Cyberpunk 2077 book. Unfortunately for some, shipping from places such as Amazon has been real hit and miss, especially in Europe. There’s been plenty of snippets appear and IGN is the latest outlet to flick through the pages.
The ComicCon at home coverage is well underway at IGN and they’ve whipped up a video that takes a closer look at the new book. The version they are pouring over is the Deluxe Edition which comes with a snazzy cover and a few extras.
There may few spoilers in this video so if you’re waiting for your copy then don’t click play. IGN describes the book as a “crash course in Cyberpunk” because it’s a lore book as much as anything else. The artwork in the book is outstanding and the fake adverts that are dotted throughout the book are excellent additions. It’s this extra attention to detail that makes this a solid purchase.
What IGN does say is that it conveys perfectly what it would feel like to live in the Cyberpunk world which is great for fans wanting to know more ahead of the game’s release on 19 November.
Unfortunately for me, my World of Cyberpunk 2077 is lost somewhere in the ether and when it will show up is anyone’s guess. I’m sure many of you are in the same boat.
