CD Projekt issues a warning to anyone how decides to stream the game before it’s released. They have set a streaming embargo just in case.
With the game coming out at the same time and pre-orders for physical copies likely shipping out in the next day or so, CD Projekt does not want the game spoiled.
In a tweet, they state that anyone who is streaming or posts videos ahead of 9 December 12pM CET / 4AM PST will have their footage taken down.

After all these years waiting for Cyberpunk 2077, it would be seriously annoying having plotlines spoiled. I suspect there are many fans who will keep away from social media and streaming services until they have completed the game. There’s nothing worse that accidently reading something that completely ruins the experience.
From our point of view, we’ll be keeping spoilers of the site for a while. We will have our hands full anyway completing sections as we play but will make sure we don’t spoil the story.
